College for Social Innovation Semester Programs for Emerging Civic Leaders College for Social Innovation is on a mission to educate and inspire the next generation of problemsolvers. Through two 15week programs Bostonbased Semester in the City and locallyfocused Semester for Impact we immerse youth aged 1725 in an intensive semester of professional personal and civic development with wraparound supports. 600 student alumni agree spending a semester at SITC or SFI leads to meaningful growth in confidence career clarity and skills for success in college the workforce and adult life.
