Trained milliner and Chicago-based costume designer Sarah of @citymouseadornments will show participants how to create and wear a fascinator, or hat, like one ladies would wear to tea parties. The class will practice millinery skills such as making a rosette out of ribbon as well as trimming/curling feathers for decoration.
