Focusing on reentry support and job training for exoffenders FBF prepares these fathers to reunite with their families and become confident stable providers. Our mission is to ensure these fathers are jobready responsible taxpayers and active members of society. Through comprehensive support including life skills parenting support and employment assistance FBF plays a vital role in breaking the cycle of incarceration and strengthening families and communities across New Mexico.
