We provide a homeawayfromhome for families of seriously ill children in the St. Louis area with our 2 Ronald McDonald Houses and our 4 Ronald McDonald Family rooms located inside 3 pediatric hospitals. 540 Families Housed in 2024 56904 Visits to Family Rooms 1000 Volunteers Family Stories Ashlee and Kyle found a homeawayfromhome at Ronald McDonald House In November 2023 at 25 weeks pregnant Ashlee Pickett and her husband Kyle learned that their twin daughters were considered Monoamniotic twins known as Mono Mono during a routine checkup.
