Tzahal Shalom of Northern Westchester tzahal shalom of northern westchester CONNECTING NORTHERN WESTCHESTER TO ISRAEL SINCE 2006 ABOUT THE Tzahal Shalom PROGRAM Beginning in 2006 Tzahal Shalom of NorthernWestchesterwelcomed adelegation of seven reservistsfrom the IsraelDefense Forces. Their mission was to connect with our community bring a bit of Israel into our homes. The reservistofficers came from different military branches and were chosen for their bravery their stories and their ability to communicate in English. While inWestchester our officerguests were on duty and attended many speaking engagements where they talked about their experiences.
