MCOPA Back on Beacon Hill Today, Executive Director Michael Bradley returned to Beacon Hill to testify before the Joint Committee on Transportation in support of H.3816, a comprehensive bill that honors fallen officers, strengthens the Move Over Law, and establishes a statewide Blue Alert system. Before entering the State House, Executive Director Bradley took a moment to pause at the Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial to pay tribute to the brave officers who made the ultimate sacrifice. Their service and sacrifice remain the driving force behind our advocacy.
