By connecting vocational education with realworld workforce opportunities we are empowering residents and students to unlock their potential and create lasting change. Despite challenges rooted in historic inequities Requity is fostering hope and resilience in a community where 36 of residents live in poverty and 19 face unemployment. Our programs provide tools skills and opportunities to help individuals and families thrivebridging the gap between education employment and economic empowerment.
