Hidden Valley Obedience Club (HVOC) - Home Page Welcome to the Hidden Valley Obedience Club Home Page Hidden Valley Obedience Club of North San Diego County Inc. was founded in 1986 with a mission to promote responsible ownership of companion dogs and participation in dog obedience sport activities. HVOC advocates positive communication care and training of companion dogs by promoting maximum physical and mental wellbeing of the dog with proper fit into the family environment. All levels of classes from puppy through utility are taught by the Clubs members on a volunteer basis.
