Happy last day of school to our friends at Rowan-Salisbury Schools! During the 2024-2025 school year our Stop-Go-Tell abuse prevention program saw nearly 4,000 students in 24 schools throughout Rowan County. These classes resulted in 31 children reaching out for support from a safe adult. We support child victims of abuse and their nonoffending caregivers with critical inhouse services at our nationally accredited facility. We offer free youth and adult education and support opportunities to teach our community about preventing child abuse. Every child deserves a voice The mission of the Terrie Hess Child Advocacy Center is to serve the needs of children and families by utilizing best practices in prevention investigation prosecution and healing child abuse.
