UCVLC MISSION STATEMENT The Utah Crime Victims Legal Clinic promotes and advances crime victims Constitutional statutory and civil rights in the criminal justice system through victimcentered legal advocacy education and resource sharing. PHILOSOPHY Every person victimized by crime is treated with fairness dignity and respect and is empowered to exercise their state constitutional statutory and procedural rights. Our Key Principles Values Dignity Fairness Notice Participation Respect Equality UCVLC welcomes and supports all survivors regardless of sex gender identity gender expression or sexual orientation. UCVLC addresses the culture institutions and individuals that perpetrate profit from or support sexual harm.
