Rising Hope Alumnus Rising Hope Inc. provides collegelevel courses to people incarcerated in New York State correctional facilities. These currently include Sing Sing Fishkill and Woodbourne Correctional Facilities more Alumni Gathering September 21 2024 Rising Hope Alumni Board and friends gathered to reconnect reflect and enjoy one another.
