Many businesses have a company orientation but few have a community orientation. Our 6week placebased acculturation program Hawaii Talent Onboarding Program HITOP helps local employers retain talent who have recently relocated or returned to Hawaii. Through cultural education community service and networking HITOP participants build lasting relationships and develop a sense of belonging and shared stewardship for their new home.
