Movers and Shakas aims to attract socially responsible remote workers to come to Hawaii and actively contribute to the community. Empower and retain key talent through a 6-week acculturation program to Hawaii for newly arrived leaders to help strengthen our state’s economy and community.

Movers and Shakas | Learn to Live Aloha. Movers and Shakas Learn Contribute Connect Our Mission Empower and retain key talent to strengthen Hawaiis economy and community. Many businesses have a company orientation but few have a community orientation. Our 6week placebased acculturation program Hawaii Talent Onboarding Program HITOP helps local employers retain talent who have recently relocated or returned to Hawaii. Through cultural education community service and networking HITOP participants build lasting relationships and develop a sense of belonging and shared stewardship for their new home.
