Home - Friends of Tim Pond Friends of Tim Pond Camps Our mission is the preservation of Tim Pond the camps the fish wildlife the heritage and the sporting camp experience. Our plan for this nonprofit is to purchase the land surrounding Tim Pond and to put it into a trust and conservation easement to ensure our children grandchildren and future generations can enjoy Tim Pond and its beauty. Our focus is to protect and preserve the land within the watershed of Tim Pond. History Tim Pond is rich in history the first camp was built in 1832 by Charles Lyman Eustis and his Indian Guide Tim and was used as a lumber camp.
