Welcome to the St. Clair County Council on Aging For over 50 years the Council on Aging has been serving senior residents ages 60 or older of St. Clair County. Our programs and services have been expanded to help over 12000 seniors per year remain selfsufficient and stay in their residence of choice for as long as possible.
