SUN hit the streets in Antioch on Sunday to talk to people about the Metro Budget & what they want to see. We had great convos about #ShiftNashville’s call for: 🚍 Free bus fares 👵🏽 Displacement protections 📊 Tracking budget expenditures to ensure we’re focusing on key areas impacting people’s quality of life 👷🏿♂️ Support for local Black, Brown, and Immigrant businesses that take care of their workers 🏡 Transformational investments in affordable housing that put people first People are hungry for change.
