The Western Indiana Community Action Agency (WICAA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive services and support to improve living conditions and promote self-sufficiency for individuals and families in Western Indiana.
Mission
The mission of WICAA is to deliver a wide range of services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those in need, focusing on economic stability, health, education, and community empowerment.
