🌟🌟 SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY! 🌟🌟 Meet Matthew! Matthew joins us on Thursday mornings in the Beer City Dog Biscuits kitchen with the Kent ISD Empower U South Program. He’s been mastering the art of filling the dog biscuit molds and he’s doing an amazing job! 🦴 Matthew lives in Caledonia with his mom. He has a sister and is a proud uncle to a niece and two nephews. He enjoys spending time at Compassionate Heart Ministries, where he connects with others and takes part in fun activities. In his free time, Matthew likes playing on his Chromebook and hanging out with friends. You know what else he loves? Special Olympics and Special Olympics Michigan! When it comes to music, Matthew’s favorite song is “APT.” by Bruno Mars and ROSÉ. His go-to foods are either meatloaf or burritos from Beltline Bar. Yum 🌯😋 Fun fact: Matthew enjoys riding the GO! Bus to get around 🚌 When we asked him what task he likes most at BCDB, he said, “I like to fill the molds. It’s my favorite thing to work on.” He went on to explain, “I learned to put the dough in the molds evenly.” That’s exactly the kind of care and precision we appreciate.
