WE MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE Our passionate team of diverse health professionals and educators conveniently bring the Wealthy Heart and Health Science Lab programs directly to where residents of Cleveland Ohio work learn worship and spend leisure time in efforts to address social determinants of health that negatively impact our communities.
