Home - Tri-State Collie Rescue Welcome to TriState Collie Rescue Inc. TriState Collie Rescue TSCR is a 501c3 nonprofit dog rescue headquartered in Ohio. We are 100 volunteer and fosterbased and currently provide services in the following states Alabama Georgia Indiana Kentucky Maryland Michigan Missouri Ohio Pennsylvania Tennessee and West Virginia. Our rescue provides all veterinary care housing assessment and general training for ownersurrendered breederreleased stray and neglected dogs.
