Two Rivers RC&D Determined to protect and improve the quality of life in rural Georgia What We Do Established in 1992 Two Rivers Resource Conservation and Development Council Inc. is a memberbased nonprofit IRS 501c3 that works in partnership with the private and public sector to develop and implement locallyled environmental and economic projects throughout the 14county membership area. Soil Conservation RCD works with local partners and volunteers to identify fund and complete soil conservation projects of all types. Water Conservation RCD leads in the protection conservation use and development of the water resources.
