Recovery Begins Here 360 8769430 Improving Lives Restoring Hope Together We Move Forward Welcome to Recovery. West Sound Treatment Center has been helping people on their road to recovery for 40 years. We provide substance use disorder treatment and related services to the Kitsap Peninsula from offices in Bremerton Poulsbo and Port Orchard and through programs in the jail and the courts. Our nonprofit treatment center also operates transitional houses that provide case management transportation and many other services to residents.
