Utilizing evidencebased culturally competent practices to achieve positive outcomes and keep families together CCM strives to improve the physical social emotional and intellectual development of 10000 New Yorkers every year through our network of NYSlicensed outpatient mental health clinics awardwinning supportive housing facilities HIV and hepatitis prevention services case management and youth enrichment programs.
