The Arthur Project: Youth Mentoring Redefined Who We Are We are redefining youth mentoring and empowering the community to make an impact What We Do ResearchBased MentoringWhere it Matters Individual therapeutic mentoring is the heart of our program. In individual mentoring sessions mentees with the guidance and support of their mentors develop and achieve individualized goals and get support with navigating the many demands of middle school life. Built around the needs and interests of our young people The Arthur Project has small after school groups that provide opportunities for growth and exploration all while providing a safe fun and supportive environment to connect with peers. Through their participation in carefully curated activities the young people in our program explore the richness of New York City all while developing essential life skills as they access opportunities that may not otherwise be available to them.
