Midtown South Community Council strives to dismantle the causes of homelessness by building an equitable, just, and sustainable social infrastructure. The MSCC was established in 1983 to enhance quality of life by addressing the concerns of its residents and local businesses: trash collection, tree planting, criminal offenses, homelessness, food instability, respite care, and more.
