The Eastern Lenders Association ELA is a nonprofit consortium of FHAapproved lenders and industry partners who are active in the financing and servicing of HUDinsured multifamily properties in Connecticut Delaware District of Columbia Maine Maryland Massachusetts New Hampshire New Jersey New York Pennsylvania Rhode Island Vermont Virginia and West Virginia. The ELA serves to foster communication and collaboration between its members and HUD Multifamily Leadership and staff in the Northeast Region. The ELA provides a consolidated voice in to order to facilitate critical information flow between its members and HUD.
