By doing that I knew it would lower pet euthanasia rates in our shelters. The History of the Foundation The Lucy Pet Foundation has provided over 30000 free spay neuter surgeries across Southern California in lowincome areas. AdoptionsSpay Neuter Events The Lucy Pet Foundation teams up with other rescues and foundations for Spay Neuter and other events on the Lucy Pet mobile vet clinic bus.
