The Bloomington Crime Prevention Association BCPA is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose primary focus is to raise money for community based crime prevention programs. We are best known for our annual fundraiser the BookEm Used Book Sale one of the largest used book sales in the Midwest. The 2025BookEm Used Book Sale BookEm willheld June 7th 21st with a special preview night on June 6th.
