News Announcements As a workforce intermediary we proactively address the needs of businesses job seekers and communities by connecting and supporting partners to implement equitable highquality workforce development initiatives. By 2025 60 of jobs in Indiana will require some form of postsecondary credential yet just 40 of Marion County residents have the education and training needed. In the next ten years 51 of existing Marion County jobs would not create a pathway to middle class wages.
