America Salutes You just held its very first comedy show, Stand Up for the Homeless, at The Saban Theater, and it was a night to remember! Co-hosts Jeremy Piven and Tommy Davidson had the crowd laughing all evening, and the All-Star Band brought down the house with a special performance by Esther Guigui. We were honored to have Kelly Rizzo accept an award in memory of Bob Saget, and legendary Garrett Morris wowed us all with a soulful rendition of “Hoochie Coochie Man” by Muddy Waters. From surprise performances like Orianthi’s to comedy legends Caroline Rhea, Andy Huggins, Lisa Ann Walter, Willis Turner, and Wayne Federman, the night was full of laughter, music, and unforgettable moments—all for a great cause. The red carpet was shining at The Saban Theater for America Salutes You – Stand Up for the Homeless on November 14th, 2024! Hosted by Jeremy Piven and Tommy Davidson, and organized by Bob Okun, Martin Guigui, and Evan Haiman, the night was packed with laughter, music, and inspiring moments as we came together to support vital homelessness charities like @ladreamcenter and @upwardboundhouse_la.
