Home - Wayne County CASA Every child in Wayne County deserves a safe and permanent home where they can thrive. Wayne County CASA Wayne County CASA recruits screens trains and supervises volunteer advocates to speak up for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. Our volunteers are appointed by jurists judges and referees in the Wayne County Third Circuit Court Juvenile Family division abuse and neglect docket. Our specially trained volunteers strive to become a positive stable influence for Wayne County Children while ensuring they have a voice in and out of Court for a stable future.
