Today's Northwest Regional Talent Summit was a success! Hosted by Vail Valley Partnership in partnership with the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, the summit brought together leaders from health care, construction, and tourism to address workforce challenges in the region. Participants discussed shared concerns for Colorado’s mountain communities, including the difficulty of retaining workers due to limited attainable housing. Leaders also emphasized the need for stronger collaboration to create pathways that encourage local students to stay—or return—to build their careers in the region.
