Have you met Amanda? Amanda has been a proud Deliver the Dream volunteer for over 13 years. Her journey began in an unexpected way. After spotting a job posting that wasn’t quite the right fit, she discovered the organization’s mission and instantly knew she had to get involved. Since then, Amanda has become a vital part of our retreats for families with neurodiverse children, where she finds joy in watching both kids and adults form meaningful connections. She’s especially honored by the trust families place in volunteers, which allows them to create a safe, caring, and fun space for their children. When she’s not volunteering, Amanda enjoys the theater, exploring new places, reading, and soaking up the outdoors. She and her husband stay busy with their two energetic kids and two dogs. Deeply committed to her community, Amanda also works with several nonprofits across Broward County, always finding new ways to give back.
