Home Financial Literacy Academy Mission The Sallie DavisBrewer Foundation established in 2000 is a nonprofit organization that is organized exclusively for charitable purposes in honor of Sallie DavisBrewer. The Foundations mission is to provide financial assistant in the form of scholarships to help meet the cost of college education tuition roomboard and book costs for students who desire to pursue a bachelor degree at an accredited college or university.
