Lead Where You Land The Center for Women Democracy is an organization that empowers women to lead where they land. With our diverse community of powerful women we foster leadership development provide a platform for underrepresented voices build deep connections with each other and offer opportunities for women of all backgrounds to lead. Through discussion education and advocacy we amplify all womens voices to create a more equitable democracy and world. Our Events We gather locally and globally to celebrate support and enrich the lives of the women of Washington State and beyond.
