This meeting is open to all current members of PHSA and gives the membership an opportunity to discuss with the Board of Directors items like the annual banquet. Did you miss the PHSA 2024 Annual Awards Banquet? This is your opportunity to pick up your prizes that you worked hard for all year long! We will be offering prize pick up at two PHSA recognized shows in April 2025. All steps below must be followed in order to pick up your prizes at either of the shows! Shows: • Trails End • Wyndsor Farm • April 19th • Kimberton Hunt • Ludwig’s Corner • April 27th Steps: 1) Email contactus@pennhsa.org 2) Email subject must be “Prize Pickup: (insert award winners name)” 3) Email MUST include the following: all prizes won by rider/horse, contact name & phone number of person picking up the award(s), and the show that people are picking up the awards at. 4) Pickup request email MUST be sent no later than 3 days BEFORE the show at which you are picking up your prize. You will receive a confirmation email back that your prize(s) will be available for pickup. Please let us know if you have any questions on the above! *You do not have to be entered in the show to stop by and pick up your prizes.
