Home Join PHSA Members Points Calendars Horse Show Managers PHSA Supporters Benevolent Fund Contact More Join Pennsylvania Horse Shows Association Membership in the PHSA is a privilege and is offered to those persons who pay their current dues abide by the rules of the PHSA and conduct themselves in a manner compatible with the best interests of the Association. The fiscal year of all memberships shall begin on December 1st. Dues for the current year must accompany each application for membership. Dues renewals may be paid up until the Annual Meeting and still retain voting privileges.
