the Giving Cupboard – a Choice Food Pantry in Jefferson County the Giving Cupboard About the Giving Cupboard Mission The mission of the Giving Cupboard is to establish programs to alleviate hunger and hardship increase selfsufficiency and instill hope for a better future. Hours We are open for distribution every Tuesday from 330 to 630 PM at 153 N 3900 E just outside of Rigby city limits. Our parking lot gate opens at 300 PM each Tuesday. Mobile Our mobile pantry program distributes in Mud LakeTerreton 2nd 4th Tuesdays from 400 to 500 PM.
