The mission of GOTR of Buffalo is to educate & build confidence in young girls through non-competitive, curriculum-based running programs in Erie County. Welcome to a fun and life-changing program for girls in grades 3-8. Our 8 week program teaches life lessons about self- respect, self awareness and team work through a healthy education, all while training the girls for a 5K race.

We are so excited to introduce our next model, Michael Ball . Mike is the vice president of community affairs for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York . He oversees the company’s support of corporate grants, sponsorships, and community programs aimed at addressing health disparities throughout Western NY & also leads all elements of the health plan’s Blue Fund, which awards major grants to local organizations and initiatives that enhance the health of the region.
