Home Movement is Life seeks to eliminate racial ethnic and gender disparities through community based programs clinician education and health policy advocacy. Join us in breaking the vicious cycle that fuels health disparities. Operation Change is Movement is Life39s communitybased program with a proven record of success focused on African American Latina and rural women in underserved communities. Through early intervention education behavior change and advocacy Operation Change raises awareness of disparities on chronic disease management and quality of life.
