Welcome Welcome to the new Mountain Cats TNR website. The mission of Mountain Cats TNR Incis to control the population of feral cats in the Jefferson CountyWV area by using TrapNeuterReturn. The cats that we can not return to the areas where they were found we adopt out to wonderful new homes. Often times there are mom catswith kittensor just cats with really great personalities that we hope can find families.
