You don’t need to know how to roll tatami to attend. We’ll teach you if you’re interested or you can just hang out with everyone! Food will be provided by our host Kyle, BYOB.Note: If you have sharp scissors please bring them!! https://forms.gle/vkjRe6CdUw2N4nQv9 6-21-25 We are taking part in the Charlotte Library's Free RPG day event again this year on June 21st at the University City Regional Branch, 5528 Waters Edge Village Drive, Charlotte, NC 28262. The event runs 11:00am-3:30pm but we will need to be there from 10:00am to 4:00pm or so and we will need volunteers to help do workshops, demos, and to staff an info table to talk to people about HEMA and Swordwind. Typically that will include posts made on Facebook, Discord, and via email, plus the class will no longer show up on the members app. It is not really possible for us to contact people individually to make notifications so it’s always a good idea to check the app to make sure your class is still listed before you head out to the gym, that advice goes double in the event of any extreme weather in the area.
