@Charleston_Law is introducing our incoming 1L class to our faculty this summer! Meet Melissa Harness. Q: What is your favorite summer vacation as a kid? A: The year we went to Disney World. We camped our way across the U.S. from Los Angeles to Orlando. It was a blast! Q: Best summer job you had growing up? A: I worked at a summer camp for children with special needs. The horseback riding adventures were my favorite activity to do with the kids. Q: What is your go-to summer treat? A: Homemade ice cream or strawberry shortcake with regular white cake instead of angel food cake. Lots of whipped cream on both. Q: What do you enjoy the most about summers now? A: Spending time in my garden and eating outside on the veranda at my favorite Mexican restaurant in Mt. Pleasant. Q: What is your favorite outdoor activities to enjoy in the summer?
