Home - The Work Group About The Work Group The Work Group operates the New Jersey Youth Corps of Camden a voluntary program for young people who have dropped out of school. We serve young adults ages 16 to 25 who are looking to earn their high school diploma while engaging in work experience career exploration and life skills. The Work Group equips atrisk youth in transition to adulthood with the skills education and confidence to become selfdirected selfsufficient individuals who are productive and responsible members of their families and communities.
