Our Annual Fund Drive helps us to offset our Day to Day Operational Costs so that we can continue to deliver the best possible care that you expect when you dial 911. Your Tax Deductible Contribution no matter the amount will be utilized in many facets of our daily operations. As we have seen our call volumes increase significantly this past year our Annual Fund Drive helps us to keep up with the increasing costs to deliver our services.

Did you know, Delaware City & New Castle County fire companies work tightly with Delaware State Police Aviation Unit (Trooper 4) for medevac of patients involved in critical incidents. On Monday June 2nd @ ~ 16:08 Delaware City, Port Penn & Mutual Aid companies were dispatched to the NB Span of the Roth Bridge for reports of an MVC involving a roll over. Crews arrived on scene to find one patient self extricated prior to arrival and utilized Trooper 4 for transport.
