We offer them the resources support and structured environment they need to regain stability build selfesteem and develop the skills necessary to become selfreliant. Through personalized care and empowerment we help families heal from trauma set personal goals and find the motivation and strength to create a better future for themselves and their children What We Do Since its founding in 1990 Mammas Hands has evolved from a street outreach program into the House of Hope a safe and supportive home for mothers and children committed to overcoming crisis and building selfreliance. At the House of Hope we provide a safe structured and healing environment along with the resources and support they need to find stability care for their children The House of Hope gave me my resilience back and reminded me that I can overcome anything.
