We're proud to celebrate our partners at the Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens and Governor Kathy Hochul's $5 million investment in their state-of-the-art new facility. The project will feature the largest Boys & Girls Club in New York State, and we're honored to operate the 236 affordable homes within the same building, right above the Club. These apartments will include supportive housing for young adults, ensuring that every part of this development helps children, families, and communities thrive.
