Honoring the legacy of beloved former Pingry Grade 4 teacher Mary Jean McLaughlin P’78, ’80, ’83, ’84, GP’12, ’15, ’18, Grades 3 & 5 were at our Pottersville campus and recently explored environmental sustainability with hands-on lessons from Raritan Headwaters & the Great Swamp! #pingry #sustainability #pingrylowerschool #pingrypottersville (fb)

Recently, five Pingry students—Harrison Siegel ’32, Nathan Wang ’34, Ryan Wen ’33, Caroline Wu ’32, and Alicia Zhu ’32—competed in the 2025 International Academic Competitions Middle & Elementary School National Championships in Orlando, FL, joining nearly 2,000 students from across the country! Facing older competitors in the Intermediate Division (Grades 5–6), Team Pingry placed 8th in the National Geography Bowl and 12th in the National History Bowl. Individually, Harrison Siegel ’32 earned 3rd place in the U.S. Geography Bee, 4th in the U.S. History Bee, and reached the semifinals in both the National History and Geography Bees (5th Grade Division). Nathan Wang ’34 claimed National Champion titles in the National History Bee, National Academic Bee, and U.S. Geography Bee, while also placing 3rd in the U.S. History Bee and 5th in the National Geography Bee (3rd Grade & Under Division). Ryan Wen ’33 advanced to the quarterfinals of the National Science Bee (4th Grade Division). Congratulations to our students for their hard work, curiosity, and teamwork—and a special thanks to their social studies and science teachers for their unwavering support! #historybowl #geographybowl #historybee #geographybee #academicbee #iacompetitions #mesnats25 (fb)
