This year BCPEF and its donors celebrate 20 years of open doors that have led to opportunities for Cleveland City and Bradley County students to thrive. Our Mission The Bradley Cleveland Public Education Foundation BCPEF is a 501c3 organization established in 2004 to partner with Bradley County and Cleveland City Schools to raise community awareness gain financial support and enhance teaching and learning.
