Weve already experienced our first big victory in Michigan where courts just ruled that a 2018 legislative overturn of a ballot measure that would have raised the minimum wage to 12 an hour and ended the subminimum wages for tipped workers workers with disabilities and youth was unconstitutional making One Fair Wage the law in Michigan. But were not stopping there weve collected over 600000 signatures to put a 15hour ballot measure on the ballot in Michigan in 2024 with many more states to come. One Fair Wage Action is a national 501c4 organization that together with its sister 501c3 organization One Fair Wage is working to raise wages and working conditions in the service sector and end all subminimum wages in the United States.
