Community Empowerment Make an Impact The Mission To save lives and protect health by providing access to quality communityowned sustainable health care including primary care surgical care and public health in chronically underserved and underresourced communities in the Dominican Republic Haiti. More than medicine HealthyLives At Community Empowerment were more than essential healthcare providers. We believe in treating the root causes of health inequities to improve community wellbeing and build a foundation for healthy living. We work with local leaders to identify risk factors such as a lack of access to clean water healthcare education or infectious disease prevention.
