Home - Oswego Lake Watershed Council The mission of the Oswego Lake Watershed Council is to foster stewardship education participation and financial support for the purpose of the conservation restoration enhancement and maintenance of watershed functions that achieve and sustain a healthy watershed. Celebrate Arbor Month with the Oswego Lake Watershed Council Join us for the Arborist Workshop Oak Tree Care on Thursday April 10th from 600 PM 800 PM at The Lake Theater in Lake Oswego Oregon. Brian French principal at Arboriculture International and expert arborist will lead this engaging session on the care of Oregon White Oaks. Learn how to spot and treat common tree issues pruning techniques and how to protect these magnificent trees from environmental stressors.
